A - they've always been there; they've always had this bantering, bickering relationship; they bond over the whole dextro thing. threw in a comment as an easter ergg on the citadel in ME2, but then just drew on it for 3.

If you do the Geth mission, you know that the Quarians don't have the whole story on their exodus and have constructed a lie to better serve their situation.

But it's hard to just take what Legion shows you at his word... Considering the fate of his species is on the line.

It is no more skewed than the Quarians.  Ultimately it is a judgeemnt call but at least you get a sense that the Geth didn't initiate the conflict in ME3, the Quarians did.

Okay panel over. On the postive side, they probably talked more about Tali then any other character! Sorry if I was repeating anything anyone else was already posting. Was trying to post, follow and watch Person of Interest at the same time. lol.

I figured you didn't, I just find it interesting.  Like you, I enjoy Tali's character.  Unlike you, I don't mind her being flawed and I also admit she isn't perfect.

I want more snuggling, intimacy, and a REAL DATE for tali in ME3. Eating at a specialty quarian restaurant, anyone? Dextro steak. I'd help her cut it. Tali hasn't had much practice with human utensils.

I haven't formed an opinion on this subject yet (because I haven't read everything you guys have been discussing yet), but I want to point out that it's not actually clear cut about dogs lacking sentience. I was reading quite a good popular science book recently, 10 things science can 't  answer (yet) by Michael Hanlon, and one of the 10 things is about sentience (the chapter is called "Is Fido a zombie". It makes a compelling argument for how badly defined sentient life really is. A later chapter makes a similar point about life in general. Really an eye opener. It would take posting the entire chapter to demonstrate why, but suffice to say it's not quite so clear cut to say a Dog is sentient (I'm more of a cat person myself, so I don't say this out of love of dogs....wolves maybe, but that's another mater). So when you look at machine sentience it get's really reallty hazy.

But anyway, as I said, not...ah, achieved consesus yet on the subject.
