Can we get back on topic?

What would Tali say if Garrus made a pass at her after her and Shepard were comited (and he did not know).

"We both know I'd just use you for your body"

That part was hilarous in that comic.

Well yeah, me too really. By the time one comes out I'll have moved on from everything but Tali.

All
hope is lost. We have been abandoned. We held the line, but it mattered
naught. There is no future for the mass effect series, and bioware
shall soon dissapear. Our only hope is that the monolithic corruption
of EA is taken down when bioware succumbs, shattering and burning in a
hellfire of capitalistic vengance.

I'll mourn Bioware when the time comes.  Might visit their grave once in a while.  Neverwinter Nights, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect, and Dragon Age... I had some good times. :crying:

Yeah, you're right, anything after ME3 would be... unmanagable for Bioware.

They could still set stuff before though. But the trouble there is they couldn't allow big world changing decisions. Limits it to being action shooters really.

It's sad. They pretty much ruined their own franchise with that ending as well as alienating all their fans. Great plan guys.

I don't think I can trust Bioware for a long time. Certainly won't be buying future games day one from them. Unless there's Tali, of course. That would be my weaknes, hope they don't find out and milk my wallet :P

I would pay the big bucks for a game about Tali.

A complete Tali game would create a singularity so strong that it would perpetually suck all the money from my wallet. "And it was totally worth it."

Baldurs Gate. Always loved that game. Never played Dragon Age, despite prodding from people. But after this fiasco I don't really feel like trying it.

Damn you Bioware and you're awesome character. I probably could have gotten over ME, but nooooooo you had to create Tali, and now I can never get over it :crying:

It's funny...in most ways, I regret the day I decided to pick up Mass Effect, knowing in retrospect how utterly let down I was to be. And yet, I never can. From first meeting her in that back alley outside Chora's Den...Tali carried the entire series for me, and even in the disappointment I can't regret coming to love a character as much as I have.

i really dont think bioware is stupid enough to ruin this franchise. i also dont think its possible for someone to put soooo many plot holes intentionally. bioware probably planned to "extend" on ME3's ending from the moment they came up with that "ending". For the moment, i remain hopeful.

Whatever else has happened ME1 and ME2 were good games. I don't regret playing them.

They already did, man. They already did. In time, your hope will be shattered like glass by the greed of EA and weakness of bioware.

I don't regret playing any of them. Even with the debacle of the ending it was a fantastic series and i just hope, so much, that the extension dlc turns (somehow) the lacklustre ending they gave us into an ending that  will be worthy of the series.

Besides, how can we regret playing.
We'd never have fallen in love with a quarian

But enough from me, i'm off to bed. Its 3.10am and i need sleep!

I disagree. If the ending had been better, we might have come together in a great enlightenment, and formed the society of the Mance. Formed our own civil society, and slowly expanded to encompass the planet, ushering in a new age of human thought and progress towards the stars. Instead, bioware gets cancer that will slowly and surely destroy it. Just hope that the cancer is expensive enough to kill EA.

Hell, ME3 was an amazing game, as long as I pretend the ending didn't happen.  And then substitute my imagination for it.

Yes, I was feeling depressed over the ending, I came here, and my love for Tali cheered me up.

Hey guys. I was just wondering something.

What would you all want Tali to look like? Please dont link any fan art unless you did it yourself. I was just wondering if the majority wanted her to look more human/more alien/what features you would have given her, etc etc.

Im drawing some Tali fan art as we speak and I guess im just looking for inspiration =P

In overall appearance, mainly human, like every race in the game. But my headcanon has quarian with tendrils for hair, more prominent incisors, more clawlike fingernails, blue sclera, completely nonhuman irises, secondary eyelids, and skin that is somewhat similar to scales. Ears are a component of the skull, and not protruding cartilage. No hair at all. Pale grey-green/grey-brown skin.

thats fairly specific. Seems as if you would have preferred a more alien look (seeing as how you referred to the other species as being "mostly human" and said that the same would be for tali). cool lol though I personally prefer having a more relatable human look. Makes humans feel less alone in such a bizarre universe.

also sheesh talk about a thread full of downers xD I think the DLC has a lot of potential for fixing the plot holes at the end of the game. Its already been stated that shepard will have the chance to reunite with the crew. Bioware hasnt ruined the entire franchise with a rushed ending. Anything in the ending can be fixed with months of work put into it.

im reserving judgement.

Possible, and that would be awwweessoommmeee. We can only hope that EA will suddenl fall over and snap its own neck.

I feel your pain...once I was working at F.Y.E., and my entire shift composed about 5 people entering the store. Perhaps 'tis exaggeration, but where would I be without a little hyperbole? ;)

None of the big plotholes will be fixed, because nothing about the ending is going to be changed. The reapers still exist to save organics from being killed by synthetics, by having synthetics kill them. The god-child is still a retarded deus ex anus. The normandy still flees from the battle, somehow with your final push squadmates on it, and still crashes. Shepard still survives the citadel exploding around him, the mass relay wiping out all life in the solar system, and manages to land on earth alive. The ending is crap, and nothing can make it anything other than crap. Bioware said that they won't change it(it doesn't need to be changed, it needs to be thrown out, dumped into a shallow pit, set on fire, have acid poured onto it, and then sent off in a spacecraft towards the sun), so nothing will really be fixed.

I hope that everyone who worked on ME3 is ashamed. They all should be. The ones that tried to hold fast to their original goals for the series need to stand with us, and decry the abomination th\\at the ME3 ending was.
