Alright, ill load up a topic...

It has been mentioned that Shala'Raan linked suits with Tali's mother once so that she could be with her parents upon her birth.  Did she ever mention why she wanted to be with them outside of the fact they knew each other well?  Why not just watch from behind a window?

None of the big plotholes will be fixed, because nothing about the ending is going to be changed. The reapers still exist to save organics from being killed by synthetics, by having synthetics kill them. The god-child is still a retarded deus ex anus. The normandy still flees from the battle, somehow with your final push squadmates on it, and still crashes. Shepard still survives the citadel exploding around him, the mass relay wiping out all life in the solar system, and manages to land on earth alive. The ending is crap, and nothing can make it anything other than crap. Bioware said that they won't change it(it doesn't need to be changed, it needs to be thrown out, dumped into a shallow pit, set on fire, have acid poured onto it, and then sent off in a spacecraft towards the sun), so nothing will really be fixed.

I hope that everyone who worked on ME3 is ashamed. They all should be. The ones that tried to hold fast to their original goals for the series need to stand with us, and decry the abomination that the ME3 ending was.

good sir I believe you are jumping to too many conclusions. First of all, just because god child's logic is wrong doesnt make it a plot hole. Most villains have messed up logic that doesnt make any sense. Its what makes them worth fighting. The normandy could flee from battle for many reasons, perhaps there is a reason big enough to justify it that will be shown in the DLC (this will definitely be clarified). The squadmates were most likely injured in the final push and Joker picked them up at some point. The mass relay explosion could be a controlled explosion seeing as how we have no idea what effect the crucible has on them.

there are too many unspoken variables for us to be so utterly disgusted with the ending. Assuming such things is pointless. That was the problem with the ending. A lack of information.

anyway none of this has to do with Tali, so to make this post legitimate I will say I cannot wait to reunite with her at the end of the game and build a house on Rannoch~

I don't think they said explicitly, but it does make sense. She was especially close to Tali's mother, and this action would almost establish her in a more familial way with Tali, explaining their fairly close relationship, and such an initiation couldn't be begun behind a wall of cold glass.

Hmmm...but surely, she wouldn't have remembered much on her birth?  There were plenty more opportunities for Raan to began a familiarization initiation, such as when Tali was moved to inside her bubble, for example...ah, but I guess its a organic thing when you analyze the issue.  Oh well.

It is not extreme. ME3 has left me an empty shell of a man, a suit of armor with no one to occupy it. I am sustained by nothing but tali.

Eh, I actually have a girlfriend and whilst ME is certainly a franchise I treasure, it is not the sole reason I live.

xD I cant be indifferent? I dont know. Why create this DLC if it isnt gonna do anything? *shrugs* would seem like a wasted effort for no pay off. I still remain hopeful.

drawing Tali and other characters is just the icing on the cake to keep me occupied until then

No, Tali wouldn't have remembered the gesture directly, but the Quarians, essentially self-contained to their ships and isolated from the rest of the world, to counter the sentiment against them from outside, as well as the inherent struggles with life on the Flotilla, they would have likely become highly spiritual and ritualistic, taking solace in the one thing they can call a constant in their ever-shifting life. Because of this, Shala'Raan's gesture, while not to be remembered directly, would likely have established an early, symbolic meaning.

Oh, and of course...

...*Sigh* Still bored.
Oh. Finally I figured out what to do. I'll go replay the game I got my usernamesake from... Only problem is there is no Tali in it. Good thing maybe, or else interdimensional beings would
A. Turn her into one of them
B. Crystalize her and shatter her into a bunch of pieces.

No kidding.  Tali has reached a place inside me that makes a difference.

And that's the one thing about Tali's relationship: It places a lot of emphesis on her personaltiy and less on her body.  While im sure us guys wouldn't mind having a few physical encounters with her, its the personality that matters the most.  It is no wonder both men and women have a unique likeness for her.  I am glad I can look at her straight in those glowing beautiful eyes when I talk to her instead of worrying about my eyes drifting away into cold space, unlike with some other women both in-game and in reality...

You should learn this song, not only a great song, but a song I hope can eventually apply to Tali and Shepard as they finally are able to be together without interruption in their house on Rannoch.

Yeah, Bioware really nailed it with her personality. Her attractiveness didn't even sink in with until a while after romancing her, I just found myeslf constantly going down to her to see if she had anything new to say. I love how they also managed to convey her emotions through voice and body language, we didn't need her face at all.

I shall try it, would be a good change too, considering most of the stuff I play is http://www.youtube.c...3t-F_grc]rather heavy[/url]. Also good choice for happy ending on Rannoch [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/love.png[/smilie]

I hear you there. I'm into the heavy stuff too. Just a bit more difficult to find the heavy stuff that applies to Tali and like. I'm not sure this is really fitting of the Shep/Tali relationship ;)

With all due respect to Ashley, TALI BEATS ALL. And that's all I have to say about that.
