What is the difference between dextro-amino acid and regular amino acid? Non dextro amino acid is dangerous to quarians and vice versa, right?

Dangerous?  In Mass Effect fiction, it is stated to be at worst.  At best, its merely inedible.  I think in reality, all it will do is either be inedible or be converted into something different.

I'm departing for an 8 hour road trip. Any suggestions?

Stock up on some Tali (what that means I have no idea xD).
Also take a laptop and mobile internet! Yeah probably useless advice if you don't already have those.

Well, he could take a few Tali pictures with him.  Maybe a few fanfics as well.

My smart phone is loaded with tali, all sorts of tali. And i have a fanfic. App.

Ha!  I was going to post something tali-related for easter, but forgot, even at midnight.

Here's to hoping you guys get something good in your easter baskets from Tali:

Japan doesn't do anything for easter at all (unlike Christmas which is heartily embraced, at least the commercial side of it), so no chocolate eggs for me! Image IPB

I once asked a Japanese colleague why they don't do anything for Easter (obviously most of Japan is not Christian, but like I said, they do celebrate Christmas), and she said it was because Easter is not a fixed date so it was too complicated. Not sure if that's true though. Image IPB

I am not religious, quite atheist really, but I do love Easter/xmas. I don't think the poor quarians had many celebratory days :(

I wonder whatever happened to Tali at the end of my first playthrough in ME3. I brought her along w/ Garrus to the last level. I somehow doubt they were able to make it to the Normandy, as the Normandy was too busy trying to outrun the space magic.

Same here.

The quarians used to practice ancestor-worship. I'm not sure if that normally has many holidays. They might still observe things like harvest holidays or something like that, though.

And I'm sure that in the future, the day they got their homeworld back will be known as Shepard Day. Image IPB

I'll celebrate whatever holidays Tali has in her quarian culture.  And id be more than happy to invite her into the holidays we humans celebrate.  I'm sure she wouldn't mind at all.

I doubt they had the resources for excessive decorations and gifts, but you don't need those to celebrate holidays. It's fun to think about what they might celebrate though. They probably have a day of remembrance or sorrow for when they were exiled, then they probably have some sort of festivity for when Quarians return from pilgrimmage, not to mention weddings, whatever Quarian weddings are like.

Quarians don't really have personal posessions, and everything you don't immediately need is just put on the market for anyone who needs it to take (and then return when they're done) [source: Ascension]. So I don't think gifts really factor into their thinking much.

I can't wait to see Tali's reaction when you show her the edible lingerie you got for her...

Tali: "What is this, Shepard?"  *Shows edible lingerie*

Shepard: "Oh, its a chocolate covered bra."

Tali: "Is this how the humans celebrate easter?  By giving each other chocolate underwear?"

Shepard: "You could say that."

Tali: "You better watch yourself Shepard.  I'll get you for this."

Shepard: "Shall we put this on in front of your suit or behind your suit?"

Tali: "Maybe tonight, Shepard."

Ah yes, I remember reading that somewhere. Then they're even more immaterial than I thought. I wonder if that, coupled with the fact they live behind masks their whole lives make them more deep and personal. It's only logical that there'd be more focus on your worth as a person when wealth and apperance simply aren't relevant.

If your war assets are low, they died.

I too am very atheist, but I still think the concept of a zombie messiah is BA.
That and I like bunnies...
And I like chocolate but not as much as I like bunnies.

Which is a bit non-sensical if you think about it. Why should the number of ships fighting in space help your squad mates against the reapers on the ground?

I too, brought them with me. I saw them both with Joker on the planet.
