If its what I think it is, then yeah, pretty much.  I always told her that I was willing to wait, no matter what.

You can call it off, meaning that Tali will just be her usual self, BUT you can also renegade call it off and she'll hate you.  I don't remember how exactly you do it but when I did it she was pretty pissed.  I was sad.  So I reloaded the save.
