Dunno...Tali has issues with men and thus falls for them more quickly, I believe. Sure, Femshep would be the most impressive woman she ever met, but still. And Garrus, since he's such thick buddies with Femshep as well, would be most likely her choice then.

Kaidan was planned to go both ways from the beginning, but pulled due to cowardice. I prefer my touch of reality, and homosexuality is one of those touches I really appreciate. Even though I don't go there, I don't mind it when people do, and it's just part of life itself. Every player should have the choice, thus I'm glad they finally allowed that in ME3.

I like Femshep, but she gets screwed over by Thane being killed, and Garrus of course would be the natural choice...but where does that leave Tali? Not fair, really. Actually, can't Femshep just be Shepard's sister and they do this together? Femshep gets Garrus, Shepard gets Tali, Liara gets Javik, and all's well that ends well!

In ME3, possibly. In ME2 I was never sure. Even a kiss would've been a big risk and a lot more intimate than anything Tali had ever had a chance to experience before.

Baby-wise a bit (well, a lot) of genetic engineering is going to be needed there. Work out some quarian equivalents of Shepard's genes and combine those with Tali's and use them to create a viable embryo. The ME universe has the technology to do that if it could tailor Miranda to be what her father wanted.

By the way, I just noticed, Bioware can't do water. Luckily Tali never got a shower scene.

Picture doesn't work. It didn't look completely natural but the game isn't completely photorealistic. It was still a great-looking scene for me. The water on Rannoch looked rather poor though.

Yeah, water on skin looks bad in ME. So does blood on the characters (I had Grunt return looking like he'd fallen into a vat of strawberry jam).

I'm not convinced Liara and Javik are that great a match. For her it's a bit too much like going out with your science project, while for him it would be like dating a monkey. I did think it was a pity so few other people hook up mind. I really wanted Chakwas and Adams to get it together.

I have mixed feelings about a Femshep romancing Tali. It would make playing a Femshep more attractive, but I do prefer it when characters sexuality is realistic. As much as it was a disapointment not to be able to romance Veronica (Felicia Day's character) in Fallout New Vegas, I appreciated them not sacrificing that element of her character for the players sexual whims. My  fear when they mentioned about adding in same sex relationships (Liara and Kelly aside) was they would make everybody obtainable by everyone, which would be silly. Glad they didn't. I didn't mind them making Kaiden bi, given there are two bi human females (to be fair one is Allers) there should probably be one male and I really couldn't see Vega going both ways (even if he does like Grizzly Bears).

I suspect in ME they've already made some sacrifices as far as cross species relationships go. I noticed the change in tone between ME1 and ME2. In the first game it feels like outside of the Asari, cross species relationships were very rare, hence the limited romance options. Then in ME2 they recognised that the players wanted to romance aliens even if they weren't capable of bearing offspring from the union and the galaxy suddenly seems a lot more open minded (the Quarian and Turian discussion about cross species relationship for example). I'm glad they made that change though. But it does bring up one curious idea, if we're talking cross species between two people that have no genetic compatibility, does the idea of male and female even mean anything anymore? It only seems so, because the designers chose to differentiate between the genders of the same species by using the kinds of differences we have as humans (like boobs and general body shape). It's interesting that word is a female Turian looks a lot like a male, which makes me wonder if Garrus was female, but looked the same, would male sheps romance her?

Well no, not if Tali could still be romanced, but other then that? It's interesting. Anyway, on the whole I'm glad they didn't mix it up any more. It would be very annoying having obvious hints dropped in by every member of your crew.

Well to be fair there is no reason it should be water. Titan has seas of methane. Not that I'm suggesting it's that. But it could be something else. Whatever it is, I wouldn't try skinny dipping in it.
