Tali uses shotguns and drones to deal with Rachni. A couple bugs won't bother her enough to leave the room or something. Especially since no normal bug would be even able to get through her suit.

Tali ain't a wuss. She might be uncomfortable around crawlers, but she won't run or something. Especially not when Shepard's around.

Unless it enters through her emergency induction or explusion port...then she's got a problem.
