Though I prefer there to be as little armor layers are possible. Still, I would snuggle her even in heavy armor. To compensate, I may even hack into her suit and use nerve-stim pro to simulate touch or tickle wherever my hands are.

It is most likely the creators 'own character' as it is on deviant art but if it isn't then it might be Xen.

Heh, just watched the cutscene of me punching Garrel again. Hell, even Admiral Hackett is complaining about him, and so are the Turians! That **** should resign...I wish I could have made a hidden renegade or melee interrupt to get back at him for all the trouble he's caused to the galaxy.
