I don't know, Garrus didn't really seem too responsive to the doc other than the fact he got chocolates from her.  I am not sure whether Garrus would want to persue a relationship with his own species, or with some other species, like the quarians or humans; but based on the fact he learns from Shepard, he might try and find a quarian woman he can love and get to know better; I would love to see something like this in the directors cut.  Sadly, it will probably only be seen in fan fiction, but if it makes the directors cut, I will be shocked.

Hmm...I wonder how the wedding ceremony should conclude...I think the best way for it to do so would be for Tali to take off her mask and the two of them to kiss each other. But, maybe the quarians do things differently. Perhaps Shepard could wear his N7 suit, and when the time comes, they should interlink their suits together in marrage. If they do that, they might as well have the wedding underwater, heh. That would be one heck of a wedding.
