Then Shepard will have to kill every innocent quarian that sees her! And what if she gets injured with nothing to protect her but that sensitive skin? It's just impractical.

Also, perhaps just let her hood down? She mentioned that the suits are part of the quarians' culture now so they'll probably still be used but just won't have masks once they adapt to a new environment or person in Tali's case.

Just my two cents.

Yeah, but at least in front of Shepard, Tali has expressed her desire to be clothed in less than her envirosuit.... the whole "see behind all... this" concept, right?

Humans not well adapted to heat, but technology is. Also, Rannoch likely to possess climate zone more comfortable to Shepard.
