I'm aware. I typed out a paragraph on how temperate zones on the planet would still be possible despite the high surface temperature. Considering that Earth's average surface temperature is 14 C, that still leaves most of Rannoch a relatively warm place to live.

Well for some perspective.  Egypt temperature can hit 46 C during the hot season with a 10 degree drop near costal regions.  If they have beachfront property I am sure shep would be ok.  Also the guy survived death, a little heat is nothing! NOTHING I SAY.  Earth average is up to 15 C now, I wonder what the temp variation is for Rannoch though.  And if life is clustered around habitable zones more than on earth.

My Shep would.  I've done that too.  Though in that case it was full strength Thai Green Chili and oh god the pain and the heat but I ate it all because my GF at the time made it for me.  The things we do for love

As long as it was levo-based, sure.  It actually does look pretty damn good (and not just because she's holding it).

Edit:  And I know that she is comparing the cake to the picture, but I think she just made hot fudge cake instead.

Having the same base HP as a human, and greater shielding disagrees with you.
They're not fragile flowers.
Ter'Nadda vas Idenna has a pistol. And a cloak, and grenades too. (And I'm playing her, so her Scimitar popshots aren't bad either)
But you're right in that seventeen million isn't a lot, considering that humanity probably lost more than that in the first day of the attack on Earth. (5/7 mil just in London? Jeez.)

Luckily you can turn the geth heretics against each other.

They're useless at melee though. And sabotage is pretty pointless against anything except the geth (does it work against Cerberus turrets? I never tried).
