Using a surrogate father doesn't have anything to do with love or not, it's a simple practicality if you can't have a child naturally.

Tali: But Shepard......
Shepard: No way Tali, no way, I'm the only one who can use those introduction ports.....

Don't you mean reproduction ports?Image IPB

You mean reproduction slots? The port is Shepards "tool".

She doesn't need that kind of port. Nekkid = best for everything.

You guys should listen to zim more often. He's currently holding the line of rational thinking in this discussion...

I think there are several different arguments going on here simultaneously. I do not argue that since tali is in love with shepard, she would never find a surrogate father. I argue that her telling shepard that she is pregnant by surrogate AFTER THE FACT is ludicrously out of character for her. She would never do anything like that unless she was sure shep wanted her to.

Yes a surrogate father is possible, and all that would be needed would be genetic material (to be polite about it!) but it is something that will have to be fanon if people think its what their shep and Tali would want or not.

All we need from the x-cut is a reunion and some diologue, anything else we can come up with ourselves.

Better than nekkid snuggling and whispering sweetly to eachother with the girl of his dreams? The same girl who enabled him to save the galaxy? And then helped him save it again? and then a third time? And then a fourth time? Better than taking pause from the frantic pace of battle within the tender arms of your lover? I think NOT.

People, if you want to discuss erotic adventures in comparison with loving snuggling - whyever you seem to compare two things that are basically both part of any healthy relationship with Tali (or so gamer_girl told me) - then please at least don't build pyramids about it. Mythbusters have proven pyramids have no power. Tali disapproves of pyramids, as well.

Its true

Tali does not mind climbing a good nice prothean pyrimid with shepard though, but he always seems to think the view is nice wherever they stand strangely...

Finding a surrogate father has nothing to do with love, and doesn't even imply directly "doing the deed". Obviously when both parties are fertile AND compatable, this wouldn't be needed and they could go about their own baby-making business. They're not. Ask just about any parent who's gone through the a.i. process because of complications, they still consider it their kid even if it's not their genetic material.

But yeah, I don't think she'd go off and get it done without consulting Shepard first.

... and that's about as in-depth as I'm willing to go today. :pinched:

Nice to see you're keeping it rational too, Mad :) (in reference to antipyramid warnings :) )
I'm holding a pencil in my hand, and trying to figure out which scene to do next for today :X Any suggestions?

Still not playing. Still not giving that game much credit. They still haven't fixed the Kaidan survival bug that killed all Engineer talks, that's just idiotic. And no news on the store bug. No refunds possible there, as well. So - ignoring their stupid MP update, whatever they want to prove with that, it is lost to me. Put Geth Colossus into the first wave of every MP game, bronze to gold, kill. them. all!

Will do. Tali brings out Paragon...but in my ME1 playthrough today she wanted me to kill the council!

How about that very touching scene where she tells how polonium rounds riddled her suit on the Citadel Commons?

Yeah, ME1 worked like (if not truly Renegade or not Liara, make opposite response of renegade character) Also, there's this funny scene on youtube where ME1 Tali argues with herself :D

You have to admit, those braindead and deaf suckers deserve it. 3 games of denial, they deserve to eat hard vacuum. Do they have a major impact on anything in ME3?

Ah I see. My apogies for bringing up a touchy subject if I did. Although a Geth Colossus would be interesting to fight.

and now that you mention it...she did say something about letting the council die, I forgot about that. I never did though since it always seemed to be in the galaxy's best interests for there to be the original council instead of all humans.

Post-love scene talk if you haven't done that already. "Whenever you need me."

Good afternoon, people.

EDIT: Citadel scene would be nice, as well.
