Now that you mention it, this can bring up a good point.
What humans may consider normal could be considered 'fetishes' or just be unwanted from alien species. Likewise, what humans consider 'fetishes' or unwanted movements may be considered normal to alien species. I have a feeling the quarians feel pretty similar to us about what we want, but for some things humans may otherwise consider unwanted or something in the nature of a fetish, they may actually bend to it, considering that physical acts of affection are hard to come by when they desire them...
I am not saying that Tali or the other quarins are going to like
EVERYTHING wierd about Shepard or the humans when it comes to such activites, but I think that if there was something slighty to moderately unusual about the humans, they are more likely to just accept them for what they are even if it is wierd, as long as it doesn't cause health issues.
