But the way he says it is a dead giveaway. And geth do not share experience between programs. They do not have the capability to do that, since pre-ME3 they are really just super-VI hives. "it was... an efficient model" are his exact words. At least one of his programs was in that platform. He may have been the first to raise a weapon against the creators.
