Not necessarily. Particles can be suspended, and I'd imagine anti-matter could be suspended as well.

On subject about Tali, Legion owes Shepard big time for Shepard walking in on Tali's and Legion's fight because...Many Bullets riddling Legion's entire body would be bad for him. Good for Tali. I just love the topic of Tali killing Legion. Humerously of course considering he's my second-favorite character.

that sounds like unreliable info but im hoping every day that this info is true (just being logical)
