The problem with glitches like this is that console players are screwed.
But, since I have not owned a gaming console since the atari 2600, I may be a little out of touch.
I had to use some sort of workaround program to get my Shepard's face code into ME3, so if it's anything like that I have some hope that I can use gibbed to fix this issue. However, I do have some fears/reservations about what kinds of OTHER bugs it could cause...

I think Adams is in charge, with Tali probably second in command.

Here is the Tali engineering fail version with Ken and Gabby alive.

. Plus she's the bosses gf so she has pull at the top. Considering the fact she reverse engineered the normandy steal systems for a quarian ship I'd say her rep is still solid.

But then you'll get a shiny replica on your USB drive, which can be extracted, backed up, edited, and all kinds of stuff.
You can even get Resurgence Pack, N7 gear, and other pre-order things.

Excellent point. I almost forgot about that. I don't know if Adam, Gabby or Ken could do that. But aside from her obvious clout, I don't think she'd be officially in charge because with her other responsibilities (squadmate and Quarian Ambassador), it simply wouldn't make that much sense.
