I will stick with the pounce, no claws :)

Well to be fair Quarians file down their raptor claws regularly in order to avoid puncturing their suits. It's also possible because of their extended stay in space they have evolved out of them.

I remain hopeful they will grow back. It would keep things interesting!

If you saved the geth in addition to the quarians, I think Tali will be more likely to let her claws grow back.

There's no need to feel weird loving a velociraptor...or what used to be one. Embrace it! Think of the ways you could use it, to scare your enemies.

"You think it's dangerous when I get pounced wait until you see what she can do with her claws out!"

Quarians descended from primate-analogs.

I'm afraid evidence proves otherwise.

The Quarians are clearly descended from a velociraptor like species that used to inhabit Rannoch.

No. Is not sufficient evidence to 'prove otherwise.'
Supposition you support has no bearing on fact.
Too similar to humans to be descended from reptiles/avian/amphibian.

I'm dropping in for but a moment.
To the question, I'd honestly have to say... no genocide.
Thankfully, genocide is unnecessary.

Thankfully, genocide is unnecessary.

Genocide would result in loss of Tali's approval. Catch-22.
Unless choice is genocide of quarians vs. genocide of other species.

"Life finds a way"

Turians are avian in nature and they move and have a similar structure to humans and with enough years they'd probably mutate further away from their avian roots. It's all for gameplay purposes. They need to be able to hold a gun. So it opens up a lot of possibilities.

Their features are not apelike in the least. That makes less sense. *nod nod*

...possible. Quarians mostly considered descended from primate-analogs due to similarity with other descendant species (asari, human.)
However, bigger jump from canine/feline-analog to quarian than primate analog.

Also, due to Rannoch's unique biomes - few pest species - number of carnivores likely reduced due to lack of smaller prey species.

Except in this case all the evidence states that they are primates.  It's fun to go down various routes but the game itself shows all evidence otherwise.  Not to mention the creators of the game have spoken  on it.  ;)

Along same lines, descending from velociraptor-analog doesn't make sense.  Thumbs, mammaries, skin argue point for being descendant from primate-analog.
You just want to be correct, thus warp anything we know to support own theory.
