It's a one time thing for boning Tali before the suicide mission, it's not exactly and adaptation assistor, nor was that the aim. The goal was having sex without making her too sick.

No, but that was the intention of the Immuno booster.. You act as if they're a daily regiment she'll take. Which isn't the case.

Regardless I'm sure she'll adapt to Shepard if the spend more time together. The only real issue is if Shepard goes to another planet or gets sick, then those new germs will make Tali sick again (Although considering how inter-species infection is pretty much ignored I doubt that will be a problem).

Lame cuz that could solve the problem of having Tali and Shepard having a kid. Liara could get it on with Tali, and Shep and Tali could then adopt.  Would be a lot better then having some random kid.
