The story is ruined by the fact that its trying to make you sympathize with Xen but it is not even canon. I also found the story rather perdicatable. It was really well written however.exelsis wrote...
Yeah. And there are turian rapists in that story. But not geth. That FF is the biggest brain bleach story I ever read.Olueq wrote...

Speaking of Xen, I saw a fanfic somewhere about why she is so messed up. I bookmarked it on my computer at home, but I forgot to bookmark it on my college computer and wanted to finally read it. Anybody know what I am talking about? Give me a name of the series/author.
Also I hope there isn't strange Turian/Geth rapists in the series I am asking about. That would just be awkward.

Thanks for the review on my fanfic's leak. I do not mentioned anything about the galaxy's state or progress because that would spoil the half of the story.
That is Raan, not Rahn. If we talk about Tali's auntie.
POI really enjoyed what you wrote so far. I would love to read it when it's complete. Good work. I like the idea of seeing what the universe is like after everything in me3. Cool

Right. I have decided what my next fanfic will be! Set before and leading up to me1, it will focus on tali's pilgrimage up to meeting Shep on the citadel.
Is there anything that suggests where tali had started her pilgrimage, and how long she had been on it prior to meeting Shep?
What do you guys think?
I think that would be really great. I always wanted to have something to read that gave me more background on tali. Feel free to message me if you complete it.

It would be interesting to read if she grieved for him, how she handled his death, what happened when she returned from her mission, how her people treated her being so young and saving the universe.
What life was like for her on her new ship, and everything else. I think that would be a great fanfic. I would pay someone, seriously who was pretty good at fanfic to create this story.
Anyone up for that task?
I may be all alone, but I think that would be so interesting to see what life was like for her during those 2 years. I would write it if I could, but I'm the worst writer in the world.

Okay, I wanted to see what all of you think on a few things.
1. Do you think Tali and Shep's relationship would be accepted on Rannoch after they return to live their lives after destroying the reapers (my own personal ending) I mean, I have never heard or seen another Quarian with a human.
I would think they would treat Shep like a hero since he was the man who gave them back their homeworld, even though I'm sure one of the Admirals would take all the credit.
2. What would live be like for them after the events of Mass Effect 3? I mean, it seems like it would be hard for them to have a relationship if Shep stays with the Alliance. I mean, how do couples who live in different solar systems handle relationships? The only way I could see them continuing would be Shep coming to live on earth or Shep living with her.
What do all of you think?
Actually, the Quarian on Ilium in ME2 mentions her ex-boyfriend being non-Dextro, so it was likely a human. And even if it wasn't, Quarian and non-Quarian relationships aren't unheard of. I mean, Fleet and Flotilla.
As for Shep/Tali's relationship being accepted, I don't see why it wouldn't be. They'd probably be celebrities, everybody talking about them and how lucky Tali is to be with the friggin' savior of the galaxy. They'd relationship would be a big deal, not something people looked down on... I think a good Real Life analogy would probably be the Royal Wedding last year.
And regarding their lives after ME3... My Shepard would be retiring. No questions asked. He's saved the galaxy like 3 or 4 times; he's earned a break. Off to Rannoch!

Well, I think they would accept it.
But I think Shep and Tali wouldn't care if they wouldn't !
Okay, maybe Tali would think twiceb about showing affection in public, but after what they went through the thought "Keelah, it's my life damn it !" would win !

Oh right, I completely forgot about llium in ME2. I completely agree, i mean, Shep, at least mine has done a lot for the Quarians. I mean, I would think they would tell tales to their future generations about how Tali and Shep brought peace between the Geth and them.
The wedding would be awesome with all of your friends and squadmates their. Garrus, Wrex, and everyone else. Cake for the people who can eat it and a huge party. I'm sure the music from Flux would be played since Tali enjoyed it so much

1) It's hard to say. I think it would be accepted seeing as Shepard has done so much for their people and galaxy as a whole. I also believe that there would still be controversy since Tali is Rael's daughter (in other words a well known political figure). In the end that couple would be an exception they wouldn't worry about too much, since they have more important things to concern themselves with at thatpoint in the future.
2) As for the relationship after ME3, it depends on the 2 of them. Im pretty sure Shepard could retire at that point and the Alliance wouldn't stop him, or he could take up a different position that wouldn't keep him from Tali too often. Perhaps he could be an ambassador between the Quarians and humans; he's had enough experience with ME3. lol Same for Tali, the biggest part she had to play is done for the most part. Since the Geth are helping with things she would have been needed for aren't that urgent any longer.

Yeah, I would think Shep would retire after saving the universe a thousand times lol. No offense, no job is worth all that stress lol
Man, I hope we get some DLC that shows Rannoch rebuilt. I would love to see what Quarian culture looks like. I mean, all we have ever seen is life on the ship. Yeah, but seriously, if Shep or Tali leave from each other side after ME3 I would be so mad.

I was thinking the same thing here. Retirement. It is time for Shepard to put the omni-blade down and his days not as a soldier, but a man. A husband. The galaxy can take care of itself now that the reaper threat is gone.

Exactly! Shep doesn't like politics but he's great at making peace just as well as he is at making war..and ending that too. Or he could take Garrus's suggestion and live of the royalites of vids and books and the inevitable movies to be made of their adventures.

In my own ending I thought up since the real ending sucked so bad. My Shep is retired, living the good life with Tali in their new house and they adopted the Quarian kid who lose his family we learn about in Tali's loyality mission.
Garrus visits from time to time and Tali can now live without her suit.

Similar ending for my Tali and Shep. Great minds think alike. We adopted the Quarian kid who lose his mom during Tali's Loyalty mission.

If I'd be Shep, I'd instantly leave the Alliance. Enough is enough I'd say. I'd settle down with Tali on Rannoch and thats exactly what I hope will happen^^ Anyway, military speaker doesn't sound bad. Or maybe I could again be the "face of the alliance" to hire recruits.
But I mean, its peace finally. So this should be the point where I start a new life apart from war. Maybe some day again, when the galaxy needs a hero - but priority is to live safe with Tali, have a great life, invest my energy in loving her. Thats what my Shep deserves.
