There is still the possability that Tali's mother faked her death for some reason, and she's still alive out there.  It seems highly unlikely given quarian culture, but still possible.  I mean, why would Tali's mother fake her death?  The government surely wouldn't have had any black ops that required her to fake her death, she loved Tali so much that she even let Shala'Raan link suits with her, and if it was because she didn't want to deal with Rael'Zorah anymore, then she could have left him in a better way.

The only possible piece of evidence that she planned to fake her death in advance was allowing her to link suits with Raan.  Could she have chosen Shala'Raan to be with her in the clean room because of more than the fact that she was a close friend?  Did she see something in her that could allow Tali to carry on when the time came to fake her death?  Ahh, but im getting of myself on this one; I think the crazy, "I thought you were dead!" moment should be saved for Shepard; it would be more interesting to see Shepard's mother and/or father make a surprise appearence in the extended cut of ME3.  I know one thing, i'd be pissed if I saw them again after being gone for so long.

They probably would've come up by now, so no. Especially in the whole bit with Rael's death; if Tali had siblings, you'd think they'd be involved somehow.

Having said that, you don't know that Garrus has a sister until me3, so *shrugs*

But Shepard's parents are only alive if he's a spacer. Colonist's Shepard's parents were killed on Mindoir, and eartborn Shepard is an orphan.

Kal is dead, both of her parents are dead. Pretty much all she has left is... Shepard?

After her father died, she has no biological family left. (think of the 1 child per family rule and there's never mention of any grandparents). Closest person she has for family is Shala'Raan.

Unfortunately, Kal is yet another character that could've died in ME2, so this is again unlikely to happen.
