am almost positive that only those races with embassies had access to
the presidium. Since the quarians had been booted out, just how did she
make it there? A back alley in Zakara ward (or where ever the hell the
original meeting was at) seems more appropriate.
After all, the presidium excels in one thing. Ignoring those beneath them and, unfortunately, quarians fall in that category.

Also, Tali has Sabotage. Only quarian/Shep infiltrators, her, and Engie Shep have that.
Maybe she's sneakier than we think?

No.  Wrex, as did Tali, gained access to the presidium because they were in Shepards group.  Not by themselves.
Wrex was found at C-Sec.  Tali, in a back alley that, I am assuming here, was in Zakara ward as it was the Human arm of the Citadel.

Ah, but Wrex can be brought up before Shepard can use Spectre authority to authorise it. Tali can't, but remember that you can recruit Wrex before you become the first human Spectre.

Well, he did plan to kill her.
It's a pity you couldn't read that terminal while that bosh'tet was still alive.
Liara would have been unnecessary. And the batarian's enforcement gauntlets would look like a shoulder massage compared to the level of falcon punch about to be displayed...

There wouldn't have been an ME3. The Reapers would have been killed there and then.

EDIT: Am thinking about fanfics of my own. (It won't be some ShepTali rehash ending, though it will have ShepTali. It'll center around the heroes that go unsung in the SP campaign. The characters we play as who aren't called Shepard, Jacob, Joker, Randall, or LOKI Mech #3462.)

Might spend some time coming up with ideas soon...
