But, I mostly said it as a joke.  While its certainly not impossible, the odds of the world 'ending' on that day is a non-zero number that is small.

Who knows maybe it means the Asari find us and uplift us if that happened I would find me a Quarian.

Hmm...if there really was 'alien life in space' as others debate, and the quarians are one of them, I certainly wouldn't mind making friends with them.  But to fallow in Shepard's footsteps and try to date a quarian?  Well, if I had the will, the strength, the intelligence and the cash, I just might.  But I lack all 4, save for maybe intelligence.  Ah Tali, wherever you go in the galaxy and whatever you do after the reaper war, I hope Shepard always stands by your side and vouches for you.

That's exactly how I interpreted it. Settling down and starting a family, at least to Jacob, is something Shepard could never commit to. I can understand why Jacob would make that argument; Shepard's persona and accomplishments make him seem "larger than life." It can be difficult to imagine this hero wanting a regular life like the rest of us.

Yep, like that song. I agree with the top comments regarding the 2 minute mark.

Jacob saying that felt completely off for me.  Now if Shep had no romances, but Jacob knew about Tali and Shep I assume since the rest of the crew did.  So it felt more like him justifying why he would not go.  It was, to me, interesting how quickly Jacob basically blew off his old life and crew for a pretty girl basically.

To this day, we're still not exactly sure by what factor. It could be that the calendar's end won't come about for another 1000 years, or it may have already occurred^_^

So, Tali and Shep build a house on Rannoch. What're their jobs now? I think Tali'd likely remain an Admiral after all she'd done for the quarians in the Reaper war. But what about Shep? Ambassador to the quarian people? Council Advisor? Human Councillor maybe?

I think Shepard would be a great advisor to the quarian council.  Maybe not an offical member because he's not quarian, but still...

I am so using the dextro strawberry cheesecake in my new facfic. Great idea. Everyone, including Tali needs a favorite dessert So I just sat down during some down time at work and hammerd out an entire chapter, no long for my first fanfic. It's super, super, super rough right now, but I'm amazed what happens when I don't think about what I write and just let the hand go.

Right now, Tali just witnessed the destruction of the Normandy. So sad Working on more character development notes, story notes and more. Loved the dessert idea though and just had to say that

Weapon used between females in battles over mates. Those legs can generate a lot of power.
