Normal clothes for Quarians is probably their suit minus the helmet.
If it was up to you I guess their birthday suit. :P

Oh you xD
But yeah I guess they could just do a Turian thing and all wear their suits around without the helmet, but isn't it mentioned somewhere that most of them eventually want to be rid of the suits?

I think there would probably be a divide between the traditionalists and those just wanting to be free from the suits. However, the current generation would likely feel very exposed and uncomfortable outside their suits. Not to mention that as they've never had to worry about people reading their expressions the ones they'd not want read are really obvious, while their ability to give deliberate visual ques is probably diminished. Basically it'd be all awkward and stuff.

Actually thinking of it, that may lead to them dropping the suits but replacing them with more comfortable things that still cover their faces.

Well, I don't think you can drown. But then, Geth skinnydipping.... I can't see how that would work. It'd just be a normal Geth standing in the water. Lol.

"Creator, I don't understand this skinny... dipping. Is the purpose to cause illness or malfunction?"

That depends if your unit is immune to rust...

If you are not damaged by water, you likely can. Would be difficulty with the extra density though.

This Unit will reprogramme if needed.

Edit: Thanks for the responses lol.

@skwis
Tali said that they'd continue to wear them as it's part of their culture now.

Ahh Damn I must have missed that. And you sure you wouldn't Skinny dip? Even For sheploo? :P

She talks about it after Rannoch in Engineering on the Normandy.

Hmmm that's a very excellent point. Something I'd consider for sure...

You know, perhaps this is why Geth heads look a bit like blow dryers.

Also, unrelated (kinda)

I'm reminded of Kusanagi's diving scene in the Ghost in the Shell movie, and Batou's comment about her (cyborg) body only sinking. Image IPB

Hi guys!

What are we talking about?

Embarassed, I asked how to imply *it* between Shep and Tali without being explicit
and I bought Cerberus Network and Kasumi DLC!! :D

Hmm, looks like Rannoch has no moon. So that means it's weather would be chaotic and it's polls constantly shifting.

Plus, considerably less romantic. Still maybe one of those Geth satellites are big and shiny enough to do the job.

Edit: Top again.

I wonder if watching the stars has the same appeal to quarians anymore, after being forced to live on space ships for a few centuries.

On a semi-related note, there's been a beautiful view of Venus just after sundown lately. It's incredibly bright, very easy to identify. Image IPB It's even plainly visible over Tokyo's massive light pollution.

Deserts tend to have the most beautiful night skies, and it looks like Rannoch has that covered.

Yeah, i wrote a response to that. Problem is, i don't know what is too explicit. You could say something like:
'She gasped as she felt Shepards warm breath against the cold nape of her neck...'

I think after 3 centuries in space they'd probably more fascinated by the landscape.

The problem I have with that kind of writing is that it sounds like one of those trashy romance paperbacks.

This question is slightly on topic... I know it took more than 1 Quarian to make a Geth but if Tali was to make one then what do you think it would be like?

Hmm, well, compared to the likely drab interiors they have to put up with the stars may be the only environmental beauty they get to regularly enjoy. I can imagine a lot of them spend time gazing out to the stars longingly.

Yeah, I spotted the Venus thing. Though not as much light pollution where I am, I'm impressed it was that visible in Tokyo.

I agree it comes off trashy, and that starts to get into erotic fiction territory. I think people get the hint that if people are dating they're likely going to do things. But I guess if you really want something like that in your fanfic, go right ahead.

True, but i'm just trying to think of an example to write about having sex without making it porno...

I think the key is to make sure you focus on the emotional aspects rather then the physical. Put it all in context and then it should seem less trashy and more genuinely romantic. At least that's my theory, but I've never tried to write a romantic scene in my life.
