It's a *nice* turkey if I go to thanksgiving on one side of my family, because my other side can't cook wworth a crap and a lot of them annoy the turd out of me. So I basically east the dry and mealy turkey so I'm doped out on triptofan (sp?) So when they talk to me I'm less annoyed.
Good plan. I tend to not have many veggies in my cooked meals, because somehow my family make them taste like cardboard...

As a European living in Japan, I don't celebrate Thanksgiving. Christmas is the time to sit the entire family around a table for dinner. Fortunately, I like my family and quite a few of them can cook (including my mom; her cooking is something I sorely miss after moving to Japan).
Yeah, i don't celebrate thanksgiving. I'm a brit afterall! I do enjoy a nice christmas goose tho!

Please say you were originally from the UK because otherwise that would entail that you know 3 languages and I will be so impressed that I may go insane.

I want a Geth that mows the lawn for me, minus the devastating rebellion part.
Assuming that Shepard has a lawn on his beachfront property and not a desert or rubble, that would be useful. I hate mowing lawns...

YORKSHIRE PUDDING. Freaking delicious. I'd make it for tali every day she wanted it! Too bad you americans don't have this stuff. Way better than that intestinal vomit that you call "stuffing"
OMG! Yorkshire puddings! *drools*

I'm from the Netherlands, so my native tongue is Dutch. English and Dutch are the only languages I'm fluent in. My Japanese is basic at best, and though I learned French and German at school I don't remember much (I'm basically limited to "Quelle heure est il?" and "Wo ist der Bahnhof?").gamer_girl wrote...

If it's any consolation, I have an Israeli friend who speaks seven languages. Programming languages are more my thing, really.

It isn't actually pudding, but it is yorkshire pudding. Don't ask me why they named it that, but that's what it is. Also, it is more delicious than anything served at any american thanksgiving or christmas dinner. Americans don't have very good food.gamer_girl wrote...
How is that a pudding? It looks a lot like caved in buns to me. :/

Well, we brits are very odd when it comes to naming things. But i assure you its a pudding, not a bun. There is no bread in those babies! and they are gorgeous with some beef and smothered in gravy...

Just pour beef gravy or really thick chicken gravy into the divet on top. It tastes as good as dolphin. DOLPHIN. So good.bazzag wrote...

I had this one when I was in the UK.
My theory is that it was originally intended to be pudding but then it burned and.... well.... but it tastes well !

Tali, ich liebe dich!
Tali, ai shiteru!
Tali, I love you!
And with that, I will retire for today. Good night everybody!

Well...burger king's whoppers aren't too bad sometimes...
Heh, makes me wonder if quarians deal with much in the way of fast food; it would probably suck given that all of it would be some form of nutrient paste...
