There's a lot of really messed up food out there, some of it is downright nightmarish, but that's why no one hears about it. Asia has some of the craziest foods around, and it can be pretty brutal. I won't go into detail, but I'd rather have a cheeseburger any day.

I think every country eats something gross. Probably developed out of neccesity at some point and just stuck with the culture.

Mind you... insects?

At least that is one thing we can be sure Quarians don't eat.

Insects, yes I understand they're pletiful and provide high protein which is only a couple reasons to eat them, but I was thinking worse than that.

Keeping on the topic of food...any quarian delicacies that we know of?

Well, in ME 2 the codex says that they crave dextro-animal nutrient paste (due to the lack therof on the flotilla), but that doesn't seem very appetizing.  I'm still going to go with dextro-steak or cheesecake; doesn't sound very exotic per se, but ramen is apparently "a delicacy back on Earth" in the 2180s, so anything's possible.

*Edit: Good Lord, look at all that German food.  Very hungry now.

Tali's waist is not normal unless Quarian organs are extremely tiny. Just like how Barbie's physical figure is literally impossible for living humans. If you wanna look like Barbie, you will literally die because organs don't have room.

True, we eat a lot of that. Main reason McRib never went out of rotation in Germany...despite calling that pork would be rather insulting to any pig.

But we also eat various amounts of beef, a lot of roasted chicken, about anything with a soul...

Yeah, I have a feeling it's gonna take a while for her to adapt to the food.  I'm gonna be standing outside the bathroom door many times as Tali throws up from getting sick...poor Tali.  I hope it was totally worth it for her though.  But I'll be there for her to help her adapt.  And if she can't adapt to eating our kind of food, ill still be there.  We might have to get 2 kitchens in Tali's house on Rannoch, one for Shepard to cook Tali's food, and one for Tali to cook Shepard's food.  It'll be interesting to see who is the better cook...

All Quarian females have the same figure though so I guess their race has adapted in terms of organs perhaps?

Yeah, that's about as bad as it gets. It's worse when you make a spectacle about your meal though. Most brain eating practices are considered illegal but it was acceptable for a long time, and is still practiced when no one's looking.

However the middle east also cooks goat or sheep heads, so it all depends on the locale.

She is not human, and her organ placement is entirrly different.

That would be interesting to see; have Tali cook for Shepard, and Shepard cook for Tali.  To see who's the better cook would require that they each made a levo or dextro based meal for each other and themselves for a taste test.

I was in Dubai a few years back, I found it interesting that the only place you could get Pork (obviously not common given it's a Muslim country) was in the hotels German resteraunt. Good quality too.
