Completely avoided face speculation, even in my mind.
And now we have proper canon, and while it may not be well-handled, it doesn't contradict previous canon of stating that quarians and humans look similar.

Some people hate snakes. Indiana Jones and Commander Shepard are old friends.

New question: In the space battle against the Geth when the Quarians were attacking... Why do their ships all look the same? Simply to tell the players that they are Quarians? I remember Tali saying that their ships were salvaged from different makers.

If Tali, Garrus, and Shepard went through that beam together...gosh. I just wonder. What do you think they would do??

Revan makes good fanarts. As do other people.

You DON'T want to buy tali a dextro steak? And show her how to use human utensils? And then massache her stomache until she feels better afterward? Why would you call yourself a talimancer?

All talimancers have a headcanon. It just seems that your headcanon is BW canon.

The snake thing is me. But anyone with a dog will tell you that they just love hanging out with you dammit! Watching a movie? DOG WATCHES WITH YOU! Freaking mormons knock on your door? DOG BARKS THEM AWAY! Eating dinner? DOG UNDER TABLE! Dogs always do that stuff. Snakes don't, but they DO like warm temperatures. Tali has a warm body. Snakes would like to hang on on her.

And you can hate my headcanon, but you can never take away my tendril-haired, sharp clawed, fanged, scaled tali.

Yeeeeeeeeeeah...I've seen some of them.  Frankly, I am surprised there isn't anything more freaky than what I see on google images right now, and maybe that's for the better; id hate to risk getting brain damage.  Though I am surprised that while there are plenty of colorful images of Tali, there are few to none of Shala'Raan.  Maybe its because she's old.  Who knows?

I think the real issue for me with the Tali face BW made is we never got to see the rendered form. I think especially viewing the Rannoch sunset the first time it would have been a big thing for fans for the camera to pan around and see her face and the emotion.
