They do not even need to be all that showing,  there can be some covering.  the real symbolism to a partly or mostly nude Tali is that she has given enough trust to take off her suit for someone.

If Tali became indoctrinated, Shepard would immediately find some brass knuckles, and punch every single reaper in the vicinity to death. This is not an exaggeration. And if that failed to bring her back, then what has he to live for?

If it happens near the final terminus, destruction of the Reapers will render indoctrination irrelevant.

They should've had a whole fleet of Kowloon class modular freighters in the final battle. Just as a wink to those fans of ME1 who wondered why every single ship you encounter in that game is one of those.

Find some way to unindoctrinate her.  I would only kill her if I had no options left.  I'm sure Tali would do the same for Shepard; not sure about Garrus though, he may have different plans...

Selfish to put the fate of the galaxy in peril by allowing the the Reapers to control the body that used to belong to the one you loved to sabotage the efforts of the saviour, though..

To Shepard, the galaxy seems very small in proportion to Tali's importance.

Otherwise, put her in stasis.

if that failed to bring her back he would grab two Prothean rifles go up to the crucible beam,  fire them into it and then cross the streams.  causing a total reaper reversal and then he would chip his Tali out of the hollow stone dog.

On a lighter note, the Infiltrator cloak would make corraling an indoctrinated Tali much easier and less harmful to both Shep and Tali.

On a lighter note, the Infiltrator cloak would make corraling an indoctrinated Tali much easier and less harmful to both Shep and Tali.

Let's just hope it isn't one of those areas where the doors won't open unless you eliminate all opposition...
