We now have our new Tali DLC. Something happens which causes Tali to wonder if Foul play was involved with her mothers death and leads Tali on a journey to discover the truth, a truth that will shake the very foundation of Tali's universe.

I'm thinking either it was something that backfired and was then covered up, or she discovered something terrifying. All the signs would of course point to Xen when Tali investigates, but the truth would be even worse.
