Taken from the wiki and possibly the codex.

"Quarian lifespans are roughly equal to a human's. Prone to be less if infection breaks into suit."

v Nerve-Stim Pro = feeling things without being outside the suit. Can also be used to get physical satisfaction without taking off the suit. Probably in order to reproduce though, quarians would need to do so in a safe room. Plenty of ships on the fleet has one.

Nerve stims allow quarians to "feel" things without being out of their suit.  Pretty sure mostly it is for basic touch and all, but there are sexual connotations as well.

Edit: Think of the illium bar convo in ME2 between that turan and quarian.

Nerve stim is a program that can be activated to make use of the implants in all quarians. It induces orgasm, and probably other things. The turian/quarian convo in synthetic insights talk about it a bit.

I do love those Shadow Broker files. It's funny how a big pile of plain text on a console we have to read can make me  Tali even more. Even her attempts to write to the family of her lost team.

But the nerve stim pro bit was both adorable and hilarious.

I imagine some of the stuff she looked at was before the talk, such as 'dealing with loss', for example.  As for the nerve-stim stuff, I guess it has a dual purpose; to feel and be felt.  Never thought it could do both.  I did like the shadow broker's dossier on Tali, it made me smile.  Although im not sure just how liara is reacting to it...
