Ok. on a hunch, I did the math on Tikkun. The wiki states that rannoch is ~.9 sols in mass, but ~.5 sols in luminosity. Using the luminosity equation, I calculated Tikkun to be 77.46% the temperature of Sol, or 4500*K. Stars of this temperature are orange. Amazingly, this stuff adds up. The orbital distance falls within the habitable zone of the cooler star, a bit closer in ratio than earth. The color is correct, and the orbital distance actually works with the orbital period. I am FREAKING AMAZED. They had someone who took an astronomy course take 10 minutes to number crunch the dev's ideas, and they did it RIGHT. But the pic of tali, and the whole ending? Nope. Could not be bothered to take those 10 minutes to go, "hey, this sucks. Let's fix this!" Dammit. Freaking MP did ruin SP. Too many people diverted to that wothless aspect of the game. VECTRON TAKE MY SOUL, I'M ANGRY THAT SOMETHING IN A VIDEO GAME WAS REALISTIC! THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END!
