Assuming Tali is ok with it, its mostly for the extra benefits.  Plus, Raan hasn't interlinked suits with anyone for, who knows?  I'm sure she's despirate for a bit of love.  As for age...well, I tend to make jokes about how Raan's age makes her physically fragile at times, but it shouldn't be too major of a factor in this threesome.  Raan's in despirate need for some love, and if Tali ok's the whole idea, we can help make her feel lively again.  I like Raan's voice over Xen's too.

Yep, I discussed this a while back. Tikkun is very similar to Alpha Centauri B, based on the stated physical parameters in wiki. 

The effective temperature of Rannoch assuming that it has an Earth-like albedo is roughly the same as Earth's (250-260 K). Earth is warmer than its effective temperature due to greenhouse gases trapping radiation in the atmosphere, and internal heating mostly due to gravitational compression. Rannoch is less massive than Earth, so in order for the stated surface temperature of 321 K to be reasonable, there has to be additional atmospheric heating (more so than on Earth). This could be possible, considering that Rannoch has less water coverage than Earth (assuming there was once more water that is now vapor). Perhaps the composition of Rannoch's atmosphere accounts for this increase of greenhouse gases while maintaining a surface pressure less than Earth's (as stated in the wiki). Interesting to speculate.

Not every inch of her body, but most of it, provided that she has adapted to it and won't get sick.

Nothing.  You have given irrefutable proof of this.  But hey, it's not that bad.  I've seen worse.  I would consider it a 'moderately disturbing fetish', and I believe that if you have a few lightly distrubing fetishes and/or a moderately disturbing one, Tali won't mind.
