So finally gave into my curiosity and watched Tali's death scene on youtube and i feel like a total dick now for even clicking on that video. Was in a good mood up until about 5 minutes ago when i watched that video and now I honestly feel depressed as hell.

Watched one time out of curiosity and never again...........it cruhed my heart.

Just like the time when I watched a video of her death on the Normandy, if you don't upgrade the shields.
Or her death on the Collector Base.

I couldn't sleep after seeing those deaths...........:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

They rarely get down far enough to Denmark and they're not as powerfull there. They're very very pretty but I don't quite remember them that mixed colourfull.

Oh hell... Just remembered the last time I saw them. Image IPB ... They make for... memorable moments.

I've never seen oneImage IPB

But they are much stronger on the poles.

On the plus side, it's far easier to reload a save, mine some minerals and buy a ship upgrade, then it is to go back to the beginning of the previous game just to change a few choices.
(Of course, this is discounting the save editor thing some people would use)

Yeah well the picture I got is from Finland, I reeaallyy want to see one. From what I've read they're not that "dazzling" in real time, and most pictures are time lapses capturing all the colour.

Quarian crawling.........first step for quarian pounce and mating soon to follow.

To try and start an honest debate...
The bowed lower leg, strong legs, diminutive (in comparison) arms and light frame seems indicative of a creature with a tendence for leaping/pouncing and sprinting short distances to catch prey...
The books say quarians evolved along the same lines as Earth higher primates, however Rannoch is more arid and has a greater amount of desert coverage, than forest/jungle coverage. Tali mentions her ancestor spread the seeds of desert grass with their bodies (we knew about this since ME2, Rannoch lacking insect life, etc.).

Given these various things, the species quarians evolved from probably moved on all fours and had a posture that kept them lower than primitive apes on Earth did, as to move through the desert grass (thus collecting pollen) and remain low enough to stay hidden from their prey and be able to pounce on them from ambush (in a manner similar to a lion in a savanna).
We know most geth to be modeled after male quarians.
Here's something:

Notice the posture and the primate like quadrumanism.
I'm really starting to wonder if the species quarians evolved from was anything like the geth hoppers (excluding the flashlight head obviously), not exactly the same of course, such long legs would probably be unpractical from an evolutionary point of view for a creature hunting from ambush, but similar somewhat.
Oh well, food for thought anyway.

Should be possible to catch them there if there is a big enough solar storm. The sun has 11 year cycles for activity so there will be more chances. Image IPB

And it gives you time to find someone to watch them with.

Pride, It's possible, but that raises the question.. why did they evolve from that? I know its a pretty pointless question considering how little we know, but still.

Right, i'm off for an hour or so.

But before i leave, i shall give you a topic to discuss:

If you were going to propose to tali, how would you do it? Where? Public? or Private? What sort of ring would you get her?
Then, after the wedding, where would you take her on honemoon?

Measuring the marigolds doesn't always stop you from enjoying them - but some people don't like to do it.
Besides, measuring hips is more fun.

I have a very practical / rational / cynical view of weddings and marriage ( and even love ). -.-

So many people build this one day up to a sort of definition of their love for each other. While it can be a memorable day, have a legal side and be a good party with friends and lovedones it is still just one day.

In a good relationship you darn well show your love every day. Just not at the party.

Change in habitat maybe, that's supposedly what caused us to develop bipedalism...
Or maybe a change in the menu, so to speak: old preys die off and the new ones are small enough not to be visible through the high grass, requiring proto-quarians to stand straight to see over them...
Frankly I don't know, I just found it an interesting idea...

How:
My Shepard would do it the quarian way (asking to link his suit with her forever (term of words)) !

Where:
In private public. On a private party, in front of their friends (Garrus, Joker, Liara, Ashley, and so on) and many people Shepard got to know while he fought the Reapers together with Tali over the three years (Lia'Vael, Lt. Forzan vas Idenna (from Gei Hinnom), etc.).
Shala will be there too, as will the rest of the board (after all they have to thank Shepard personally). And so they both get to know that Shala approves !

Ring: For her a gold ring with a purple diamond to match the color of her suit. And an inscription: "As much time as you want." (Do you have a better idea for an inscription ?)

Honeymoon: After some alone time in their beach house they will go.......hell do I know ? IT'S THEIR HONEYMOON !:P (In reality they just closed the door in front of me, so I don't know )

-sigh-:wub::wub::wub::wub::wub:

Evolution is awesome, wish it didn't take thousands/millions of years though. The changes would fit their legs though.

Arf ... proposing to Tali...

Ok I'll run with it.

Scene: Garrus and Tali finds Shepard in the citadel ruins.

It's looking bad and while Garrus with grim determination tries to dig out a silent Shepard Tali just holds Shepard close. She's quiet but once in a while a sob shakes her body. She's keeping it in.

Suddenly Shepard takes a breath and while he can't speak the first thing he does after recognizing Tali is to fumble through his suit pocket with his one free hand.

He clumsily lays out a rock from Rannoch and on the rock he places a simple ring. He hands both to Tali and looks into her eyes. She knows and says "Yes".

Yeah. I kind of felt like it after being stuck on the same function for 2 hours...
I decided to go home instead and rest so my anger would slowly subside.

With any luck, you'll find the solution after resting.
Well, it works for me when I do stuff anyhow.

OK so for the marriage proposal (assuming Quarians are into that kinda thing), I would propose in private on Rannoch at the site where we'll build our house. The ring will be made of platinum, and have a single large black opal (dem epic colours). We would probably honeymoon somewhere on Rannoch, whatever she wants.
