Yeah... I'm curious about the Tali / Ashley and Tali / Liara... Of those two I think Tali / Ashley would be more of a fight since Ashley turned her back on Shepard. Tali took a huge gamble joining Shepard and was just his friend while Ashley if a ME1 LI basically turned her back on him. Tali being an empathetic individual would be very angry at someone who treated Shepard that way.

The Tali / Liara confrontation would probably be quite different...

Garrus: We ran into Ashley on Horizon.
Tali: Really? How'd that go? She not join us for some reason?
Garrus: She called Shepard a traitor, blamed the abductions on Cerberus, and suggested Shepard was under some sort of mind control by Cerberus.
Tali: She WHAT!

Later in ME3...

Tali: You called him a traitor. You turned your back on him when he needed you! Garrus was there for him, I was there for him, but you! You're a horrible, horrible, woman you know that!

I don't think Tali's that vocal but I'm sure she's thinking it. ^_^

I think that a Jack/Ashley would be the biggest catfight.

^This, without a doubt. Then it would be Jack vs. Ahsley and Jack vs. Miranda

Cause Tali demanded it...

I want to see some fire from Tali in any confrontation over the matter, and yeah, I figure she'll bring up Horizon and the Idenna for the sake of comparison.

Honestly, I think the triangle will be an ongoing thing for part of the game. Given Ash's blunt nature, I'm seeing her reacting with disbelief (how in the hell does that even work with the suit and all) followed by disgust over the whole xenophilia thing. And then it gets really ugly when she points out the part where Tali seemingly stands alone among the LI options for Shepard on that she can never be a mother to Shepard's children (yes, I know about Miri, but they don't). Net result: Tali won't back down, that's not in her nature, but she is fully expecting to be tossed aside in favour of someone who doesn't require for them to essentially schedule any physical intimacy.

Tali is so much stronger than she realises, but when it comes to matters of the heart, she's inexperienced, self conscious and her pragmatism is a disadvantage because she seems to struggle with the idea that Shepard doesn't care about the problems posed by her being a quarian.

I don't really see the no babies thing coming up, I don't  imagine Ashley as really any prime mom candidate either, and we're fighting a war here, against an unbeatable alien machine race, anyone could die so the last thing I would be thinking would be who is gonna make babies or not.

I know that in a non-modded version of ME2, Tali wasn't around during Horizon, but I am sure that she will know about what happened.

Just out of curiousity, if you do mod Tali into the Horizon mission, does the VS give or recieve any addtional dialogue with Tali like with Garrus does?

The VS says: "Tali too?"

That's all I can remember for now.

Just a note, Tali is pretty vocal. When she argues, she argues loudly and with passion. Its not outright aggression like jack, and its not a hardened outlook like ashley, but she holds a lot of fire for a shirking violet.

If you bring any two alien peeps with you VS doesn't care they're completely unfazed by aliens in Cerberus all they say to familiars is you too? Then it's like that person doesn't exist to them which I suppose we've got to give them credit for even glancing their way Liara in 2 didn't every bat an eye when I had Garrus with me.

Yeah, this is pretty noticeable for her trial.  You put the girl on the defensive (whether she's defending herself or her allies) and she gets pretty confidant and vocal.

Same thing happens when you talk to her about going to war or peace with the geth on the Alerai.  She gets pretty wound up.  At the same time when the situation cools down and resolves I bet she'd be uncomfortable with what she said.

I don't see tali apologising to anyone when she believes she is right maybe to shepard, buts thats mainly because of her attachment to him. I say that because even with her hatred for Geth she fought with one because of shepard. I think the only way tali will not side with shep is if you betrayed her in ME2 or you do something to endanger the fleet.

I'm not sure if I should be laughing or crying at the joke the above Shepard (?) played on Tali. I do give some props for creative uses for Tali's helmet though...

Tali explained that already, Quarrians HAVE to be social and sometimes overly vocal, after all, this is mainly their only way to live together, they have to talk and argue vocally.

It won't change very quickly if they take back their Homeworld.

Tali speaks her mind. In ME1, she was much more timid and less outspoken. She also didn't stand up for herself nearly as much. You can tell this because you can choose dialogue options with Shepard that just treat her like crap (it is an awful thing to do though!) And Tali will just take the insults thrown at her without saying anything back.

Which is why I think she will have a lot of bite when it comes to the 'triangle' confrontation.

As for past squaddies meeting up, I also was a little disappointed there wasn't much sign of recognition among them. But I'm just grateful that team dextro were back on the team!

I realy liked that Tali got herself a spine in ME2. I hope the squadmates will stand up against Shepard in ME3 when necesary and even leave him/her if things go to far for them. Big consequences you know.

Hey Talifans, dropping by to ask for a good reference picture of what tali's back looks like. I'm working on a Tali Miniature and have been trying to find one for ages.

How about this one?

Also, I think it shows character development. In ME1 she was new and fresh faced to the new, fresh on her pilgramage. By ME2 she has been a part of stopping Saren and Sovereign, and she has been going on challenging missions for the quarians too.

I think my only fears about Tali's character development is her becoming her own version of Ahsley or Wrex; her own Renegade.

It's one thing to be proud and independent, it's another to be aggressive and overly-vocal.

Just one question... Tali had sex with Shep? Or was just cuddling and kisses? I know is pretty stupid but I can´t actually remember the dialogue post Omega 4-Relay.

There's no real concensus of what happened before the Omega 4-Relay, it's pretty much up to everyone to decide for themselves what happened.
