ALKJDSAFDAKLJHF MY EYES! They feel like sandpaper.

Was skimming through the last few pages. Saw one about Tali's legs and why people like her. Tali's legs are très magnifique! Love 'em.

Also, the whole too-shy-to-admit-feelings-but-gathers-up-the-courage-to-do-so-anyways-but-is-still-worried-for-the-person-she-has-feelings-for thing she has going on is awesome. All while trying to still help the Flotilla. She's a deeply caring person who is a technical genius as well as someone who always has your back. Could keep writing but my eyes are still sandpaper. :pinched:

Edit: If Tali had to scratch an itch under her suit, how would she do it? Not by scratching the area outside the suit either.

I wouldn't want to put you through an attempt at poetry.

There are many things that I like about her personality but one think that I am an absolute sucker for and would leave me fidgeting with my 6 uhm 10 fingers is her vulnerability AND courage.

Not suit puncture vulnerability... but as she said in me2.

"... I've watched you for so long... And I never imagined you'd ever see past... this *gestures at her mask* "

It's hard to work up the courage to put your heart out there where anything might happen to it.

I was completely sold at that moment.

Yes.
Exactly, sir.

Courage is what Tali is all about.
The fact that she can put aside all her faults, and do the right thing, or at least what she thinks is the right thing to do despite the terror and the reality, it's the part of her that I admire totally, and definitely sold me as well. Never have I seen a character able to capture that essence of true strength... until Tali.
Gushing gushers gush.

I liked bringing Tali and Kaidan/Liara in 3. I missed my team of Tali with Kasumi, Grunt, or Legion tho :(.

But Tali/Vega has some pretty silly banter. The one I liked specifically was when James asked if Tali knew a thing or two about explosives. In which Tali responds with "yes...but they are usually accidental." Or something along those lines.

WHY IS THERE NO KROGAN SQUADMATE IN ME3 ;__;

We got Vega instead. Image IPB

I think he was decent but obviously no Krogan.

I would post a picture of Vega, but it might create some nightmares.

Never brought him on a mission, other than the mandatory Mars one. Squads in ME3 were (b4tali) Garrus and EDI/Liara... THen I used Ash/Tali. Hoping for some jelly dialogue. Never got that wish fulfilled!!! :[

Krogan squadmate...! y u no give me krogan squadmate, Bioware?? :( :( ;( ;__; :crying:

So it seems the tali thread has come more or less to a consensus that tali's all about the personality!
so, what particular aspect of her personality is it that you like the most, and when did this become apparent to you? feel free to write your feelings in poetry or haiku form 8D

So what iis it about Tali that is so appealing as a character?  A few things.   The biggest is the inner strength that is there from ME1.  She shows that she is not some wilting flower or damsel in distress, that she is competent and capable even if inexperienced with the larger world.  In ME2 you see the growth and in ME3 you see if come about fully.  Her willingness to trust Shep even with the Cerebus stuff shows that she sees the man not the labels, and that she understands the world is not simply black and white.

Her willingness to own up to her own mistakes and misconceptions.  The fact she is both supportive and needs support and is willing to ask for it.   Her flirty nature, how she is a nice person but isn't a doormat.  It's not one thing but a whole slew of things which makes her an appealing character really.  What really gets me though is how she learns to balance her needs versus the needs of those relying on her.  That was a big step in ME3 for her when she decided there was a way to do both.

Also she has a nice voice

What im more curious about is just how fast a quarian can sprint.  From what I hear, they're faster than turians, which is nice since they're slow as **** in Multiplayer.  But...if Shepard and Tali were to have a sprinting race on Rannoch's beach, who would win?  That is the question.

And as for the itch, I would say nerve-stim.

Not all about personality - that would suggest that she isn't completely attractive in every way possible. I don't think there's anything at all about her that I don't like; if there is it's actually an aspect of her personality (she's got a short fuse!)

As for the team members, yep, Tali and Garrus for me most of the time. I really should play Adept because that leaves me with no biotics whatsoever and on those missions where you've got to have Liara she's fairly useful because of it.

Tali she is more like a cat. Shepard suffers from the weight of his enormous muscles.

Nah, I think its his armor that's wearing him down, not his abs.  Though cats do run fast...I have a feeling Tali might just win...

Ah someone else noticed it :)

But offcourse ... the shyness / talking nervously / fidgeting is also cute as hell ...

EDIT:

Shep has ginormous muscles? Isn't he more like ... well toned... without overdoing it *cough* vega type *cough*.

Random, but from how bad C-sec seems to be (especially without Garrus) I could picture something like this:
*Kid drops his space ship toy*
Tali: Oh! Here. *Picks up toy to give it to kid*
*C-sec officer runs over at top speed and tackles Tali*
C-sec officer: Stop! You've violated the law! Pay the council a fine or server your sentence. The choice is yours.
Tali: But I was just handing the toy ba-
C-sec officer: Then pay with your blood!
*Tali runs back to the Normandy and takes off only to be chased around the galaxy by a never tiring C-sec guard.*

So... aparently C-sec has the same hiring requirements as the guards in the Elderscrolls series do... this explains alot.

I also wanted Tali to converse with Wrex. :(

I hate that we have to wait until near the end of ME3 to get her.

Tali has a slender figure and seems to be built for speed, not strength. So saying she is like a cat would be accurate and she would greatly out pace Shepard.

Well judging their feet I think quarians aren't very good at jumping. So I guess it depends on the path their racing on.

Just a random question to throw out, if Tali had car which one would be? I know she would probably be disgusted by cars we use today but im just throwing this out of the blue to see your opinions. Also, what colour what it be?

So from a standpoint purely of logistics... No really nothing else! After Rannoch, I assume Tali (as LI) moved into Shepards Cabin?

Hmmm since all current cars are so quickly obsolete, Tali would appreciate one that you could easliy take appart and modfiy, and somthing that was rugged... so Land Rover Defender

Well, it never was clearly stated if she resided in the crew quarters or if she resided in the captain's cabin in both ME2 and ME3.

Hehe! She would be right at home! Although, it would be like doing 1+1 for her with our technology level.

Hmmm, I assumed in me3 she would not bother with the pretence of being in the crew quaters... just becuase her absence might be noticeable... and they probably have to hotbunk in the crew quaters with so few beds anyway
