No. I think they would be seen as a waste of resources. Those metals could be used in vitally needed components.

Although they would probably wear a lot of it once they don't need to be so tight.
Namely, when they've finally finished settling back where they belong... <3

True, but for the time being, still gotta watch the resources.

Only if it can shoot things or be used to repair an engine.

I think perhaps in the past they did and in the future they may again once they can afford to have expensive luxuries again (assuming nerve stim programs aren't expensive or don't count as luxuries).

Nerve-stim is insanely easy to accomplish. We have the technology to make 5$ implants that would last 10 years, and only need to be replaced because of battery life. The only difficult thing is attatching such a device to such a vital part of the human body. But with quarians, all you need is a microscopic reciever and electrode next to the target area. Too easy to pass over.

Science project!

Seiously though, I figured it wouldn't be expensive. Plus in the game it does just seem to be software rather then hardware, so the suits are probably connected up with the equipment anyway. I was just covering my bases because Quarians do seem to like the odd luxury, but none of them seem too expensive and most seem to be software based (nerve stim, vids, etc).

and that's all folks. I'm off. Cya tomorrow.

They probably do, but as they value stuff they can use over decorations, maybe not as much compared to some species.

The cubical style housing on the Migrant Fleet is well decorated.

Yes, I know they use carpeting, they probably use privacy blinds as well to help keep the families seperate.

I wonder what life was like for the Zorah clan, with dad as an Admiral I wonder if they where one of the rare few with a private cabin. I know the Codex mentions that some did exist on ships but most of the fleet was re-purposed vessels as such most quarians lived in the housing equal to a cubical farm.

I just thought of this, how would Tali itch her nose if it was itching. It would be horrible.

Well, besides taking her mask off, she could also use nerve-stim to try and correct it.

I think the specificity of the nerve-stim program is lost on several members of this thread. It effects only a very small area. Suffice it to say, the area we are talking about is "sensitive"

Hmm, I thought it covered her whole nervous system.  Guess I was wrong.

But couldn't it also be used to help her 'feel' surfaces and objects as if she were not wearing gloves?  Im kinda confused here...

Well, she did have it better than most quarians, growing up.  She says so in ME1.

So what, would she have to suffer through a unbearable itch? The horrors.

That reminds me, I had a spider in this room and he crawled away under the sofa. Now I can't find it. Tali wouldn't go in this room I bet.

I bet Tali would run out of a room screaming and waving her arms if there was spider right above her head on the ceiling one second but the minute you blink it is gone... *shudders*
