Feel your pain.
I played the demo every day, hoping for Quarian!!! But then I didnt get one But then real game came out!!! FIRST SPECTRE PACK I GOT A QUARIAN ENGINEER.

I know how you feel. I'm still waiting on a quarian engineer, you don't know how many spectre packs I've gone through. Got the geth engineer, which is very good, but it isn't quarian.

This game just keeps giving everything but a quarian engineer. /sigh

Can you?  I don't have one, so I don't know.

My friend (God knows how he managed to unlock EVERYTHING, (Even the Personal customization done to every skin tone and light) and I remember the visor changing very (I mean very) sbutly. Sometimes I wish I could have done that with Garrus and Tali...especially Tali.  Could you imagine Tali actually wearing heavy armor in combat like Shepard or something?

It would be cool if Tali was able to take those stupid hand blasters the phantoms and Kei Lang has and convert it so it shoots out laser beams like with Tony Stark's suit.

The hood clumping at the back of her neck does not mean she has hair. No other quarians have that kind of hood, they all have ME1 style, or nothing but tubes for males. All it means is that there is some thing that female quarians once had on their heads. They may have had hair. The hood might just be a cultural thing that survived the morning war. But we know without doubt that living for the vast majority of your life in an environmental suit with no breathing room in it at all would be made SO MUCH WORSE by having long hair. They have short hait, or no hair.

Quarians have hair. It's canon.

The clumping at the back of her neck is either a Neck Lump that Spontaneously grew between ME1 and ME2, and is Unique only to Tali alone, or it is hair.

I personally think hair was more plausible.

I could swear I remember something from the concept artists about the veils suggesting not only the "virgin mary" thing, but also that it was supposed to imply flowing hair. Can't remember where I read it though.

They might grow their hair out to 10 feet after a year on rannoch, but they have it short as hell in their suits if they have any. Long hair would be an absolute nightmare in an environmental suit. So I outright reject the assertion that quarians keep their hair long even while in the suits. Because screw canon, I'm not that good at suspension of disbelief.

Doubt it.  Although, that would be interesting if Tali could do that with her nails.  Would make their third toe a bit more deadlier...
