I can't really think of a scene of Tali that's flawed. Honestly.

ME2 her recruitment mission was great. Her loyalty mission was really great.
ME3 Rannoch, Geth Dreadnaught was great.

Unlike poor Garrus his loyalty mission was lame.

Edit: Heck the scene when she whooped a couple of assassin's with a grenade was the first kick ass scene in Mass Effect
