Well.... crap. <_<

Anyway! Favorite movie?
Hmmm.... don't think I can say without bringing my own biases into it. Though i can say I don't think they
would see movies that are "typically" date movies. Just not the vibe I get.

That is a mystery. >:D

I seriously think that scary movies make the best date movies now that I think about it...
So yeah, something terrifying.

A good scary movie is fun, but I can't really think of one that has been released within the last 10 years that really made Tali and me scream in fear.

Update: I enjoyed the oringinal Fright Night and Howling movies, but honestly, while not really scary...The Monster Squad hands down. Love that flick. I'll email Tali a digital copy of it.

So what do you think Shepherd and Tali's favorite movie would be?

Stardust.

Sufficiently sappy and funny at the same time.

Ooh yes, seconded! I love that movie! And The Princess Bride. Image IPB

And an EXCELLENT follow-up suggestion by Dilandau.

Geth Unit #23532: We believe you are misquoting the source material, Creator Zorah.

I'm all about the metric system.

So is Tali.

EDIT: Now I really feel like watching Pulp Fiction.

Most of the world is,  Thankfull in Scifi everybody uses metric.

Hmm maybe the universal translator converts units too,  Unless humans have been watched and everybody decided "Hey this meters thing is pretty cool."

It pretty much has to. While the metric system's style of dividing things makes sense, many of the actual units (like metres) are arbitrary. Not to mention that I suspect the three-fingered races like the quarians probably don't even use base-10, but probably base-6.

Don't care too much about scary movies. But, although it may sound silly to some, if there's one scary game that I don't want to even look at, it's dead space. I mean, don't get me wrong, it's cool and such, plus oddly enough, the scene inside the transformed citadel when you go inside it in Mass Effect 3 actually reminded me of Dead Space in a cool way. But, the fatalities...I think that actually gave me nightmares, and no other game has managed to do that before. Well, save for the Suffering, but I got over that real quick.

Never heard of those movies.
I don't watch too many scary movies since it helps prevent insomnia so the scariest one I've seen is 28 weeks later.

Yeah the ones I mentioned are from the 80's check them out if you ever can. You'll like them. 28 weeks later is really good too. I guess since I grew up in the 80's I like a lot of the older films, they were more realistic and scary to me.

I heard it was pretty cool game, but haven't played it myself. I hear it's something you shouldn't play in the dark though lol.

Just try not to drop the blanket when the scariest part happens.

You should be telling her that.
That would be painful.

Not monster nightmares no, but I've had the (somewhat) common nightmares of having to suddenly redo highschool finals or my teeth falling out (I hate those).

EDIT: I mean common in that many people have them, not that I have them often.

Dead space is a game you shouldn't play without someone else on the couch with you.
I can deal with being scared - but being scared while alone is unbearable. DX

Haha, I had a dream where my teeth fell out once. I didn't really consider it a nightmare, though.
