They do look tribal, but when you consider the climate and environment of Rannoch, there also probably the most practical as well. won't be constricting, wont make you too hot.

I don't think quarian society would change much. Not immediately anyway. Theyve been so used to their wanderer way of life that it would probably take a few generations to alter.
As for the ships. The patrol and heavy fleet would probably still be used. As for the civilian fleet, i can see those ships becoming merchant ships, or being scrapped down for materials to rebuild the homeworld.
They'd probably still use some form of keelah se'lai.

In my opinion they'll continue to use the ships of the flottila, but I can see some of them
being salvaged for tech needed to rebuild Rannoch.
They'll still need to use their suits to travel space and on other planets, so I hope we get to visit
a bustling quarian city on Rannoch at some point in the next ME trilogy. Who knows ?
Maybe there'll be a new quarian crew member by then.

...at least the part where *spoiler* got away with *spoiler* with that distraction.
That would have to be railroaded.
And that's why I don't write anything with combat/decision scenes yet. I want to balance the act of making it make sense both in a story, and applied to game mechanics. Including save/load and tactical pause. I suppose making an N7 Special Ops squad the protagonist team would make it easier, as they can do neither of the last things.
...but maybe I'm just frickin' weird.

I know I do, especially now that a certain character (not referring to Shepard) has reason to have a chip on his shoulder.
