Very, very awesome news for Tali and it's cool to hear that Shepard's gonna be receiving new Squadmate powers for ME3. 

Also, it might a little early to say for certainty, but these posts help alleviate some of the worries I had for ME3 that Tali would not be a permanent member of Shepard's squad for the majority of the game - it wouldn't make much sense to give her a secret Bonus power like her LM power in ME2 if she was just gonna be a temp squadmate for a few missions in ME3, after all.

Cilia would be way too small to actually be visible. Also, Quarian facilitated passive dispersal would be a horribly inefficient system unless Quarians have a habit of rubbing up against every flower they pass by.

I was referring to this quote Saphra. It was referring to a fic, and I found it to be a very different way of presenting how quarians look.

Not quite
The 'fur' moves in the same way trees move.
The base remains in the same location, it just sways back and forth.

Basically, this fur/cilla moves as if it was in a slo-motion breeze, but on it's own accord, and under complete control of the individual (Tali).

Ok, so ME3 has bonus powers too, I didn't know that. And yes, this confirms (again) that Tali is not a temp. squadmember.

And yeah, looks like a got the wrong end of the stick about the Cilia xD

That concept art looks incredible Alex! I really like it. The only thing I would say is that the eyebrows are too thick (the eyebrows being one of the few things you can see through her visor.) A great look though, and a lot of thought has been put into it.

I agree, she looks... real, in a way, if you get what im saying.
Although the concept is great, im not sure i would like my tali to look like this.
Tali's face is quite a tricky matter, i can't imagine how bioware will deal with it

Well, We all know in our hearts that if Tali's face is not Revealed at all...Everyone will drown in Q's. I for one would LOVE to see her face. So really as I have said many times before Bioware screwed themselves and SHOULD'VE revealed Tali's face in ME2, It was the more logical choice.
FF Update: 2-3 More days I'll have the conclusion of my Prison Rescue featuring: Shepard, Tali, and Legion, released for my second half finishing a mystery filled chapter.
My FF writing shall be...Complete...Before we hit the 200th Page.
I'm sure nobody even cares, but I like to throw it out there.

Super secret tali power? But I want to know now! Oh I know during combat tali removes visor all enemys including reapers in complete shock stop fighting and yell 'BUT YOU'LL GET AN INFECTION!!' giving shepard time to take down numerous targets.

Tali, EDI, and the geth all join forces to override the systems of a reaper and turn it against its allies.  That's how the war will be won.
