Impractical. You can't even wield two handguns and get the accuracy of one shot waver or straight arm. A shotgun recoil would make you miss something right in front of you.

Tali prefers one very powerful shotgun and an overclocked omnitool.

But it would look cool!

This is fiction. Anything is possible. Creative use of mass effect fields, some inplausable biotic, whatever, it's doable.
