Yes, Meenoy makes his Tali chibi on occasions. Revan makes her Shepard more comical, but nearly never her Tali. Also, Meenoy accentuates Tali's chin, while Revan makes the head more arrowhead-like, triangular, like a kitty.
Also, Revan's Tali plays with kitties.
