^Yeah, Tali is in opposition to go to full assault war with Geth
Right, that's why she helped her father develop anti-geth weapons. I don't know why people keep perpetrating the idea that she is opposed to war with the geth. She doesn't want her people to throw away their lives, but that's not the same thing as working towards peace. If she had rejected her father's requests for geth parts to perform weapons tests on, I would have believed this notion. On the other hand, if she hadn't helped him, we wouldn't have quite the same amount of drama on her loyalty mission.

She is right. Everyone with half a brain should realize that Xen is insane.

Also she can't return to the flotilla if she's exiled.
Which makes it extra uncomfortable when she loses her passion for Shepard. Fictional Drama = always good.

And she had no problem to join Shepard while he/she worked with Cerberus.
Oh, she did have problems, but she could look past it for old time's sake. And that golden potential for hot, steamy, fever-inducing sex with the human guy who whiteknighted her 2 years back.

As for romance? Doubtful that will happen.
It would be a travesty if BioWare continued to destroy the believeability of her romance arc by having her be the active partner in ME3. Seriously, if I look past my subjective opinion that screwing Tali is like screwing my adoptive little sister (if I had one), what really disappointed me with her romance was that it happened all by itself. It took absolutely no effort, which made the romance have no real value.
