I don't think anything drastic changes, other than she's the admiralty boards 'dirty little secret', and its harder to obtain peace between geth and quarian

I assume also that she isn't an 'Admiral' like she is if not exiled? I was hoping for a bit of feisty revenge against the admiralty board because of it. Ah well.

Yes, she is a advisor instead of a Admiral. This makes it harder to get peac, in that she lacks the authority to help get the Quarians to back down (Have to have destroyed the  Heretics, save Admiral Koris, solve Tali-Legion loyaly conflict, and do Legion's side quest in ME3 to get peace if Tali is exiled)

Some conversations. She's the Quarians dirty little secret and If she's a LI Shepard comments about being her dirty little secret (jokingly I should add). Probably the main change is that I believe it increases the difficulty of the paragon/renegade peace option on Rannoch (because Tali has significantly less clout with the other admirals). It's still only a problem for people that have skipped a lot of content.

The first 2 games we're far better. Better polished and it had more passion.

Same here. I occasionally play multiplayer, yes. But only to lift up the readiness again for the time when I will get a reason to play the game again. Right now, the whole ME3 single player again is utterly futile for it ends in mass extinction. And I refuse to take part in any attempt to mass extinct anything, not even virtually.

In honour of reaching the 1920's, here's a piece of music from that decade (actually 1924) that makes me think of Tali. Yep, I plan to post one for every decade up until the 2010s.
