i want a life size doll of tali to sleep with and not in the perverted way

Right, right, just to cuddle with, nothing serious. I'll just use my dreams for that while you use the Tali doll thing.

I believe that is what pillows and imagination are for (the two together that is).

Exactly. It's worked 3 times so far. I'll take my imagination over action figures any day. Plus, I don't need to pay to use my imagination. Wait... is that a... roadside toll in my mind... Agh!

Morpheus disagrees and wishes to tax your imagination :D

Nooooo! You'll never get a cent out of me! Never! I'd rather play the ending to mass effect 3 again!
...:D

There's no reason not to tell her.
Hypothetically if my future husband told me I was his Tali I'd probably melt like butter.

I think you'd have no shortage of people willing to tell you that in this thread. Image IPB

EDIT: And would you call this hypothetical future husband your Shepard?

In my case she'd have to play the game some more first. Priorities...

Very true, but there would be conflict. Is she our Tali, or our Talipanda?

Telling Panda Tali Extraordinaire that she is Panda Tali Extraordinaire has long been a tradition in this thread.

I wonder if the rights to the Mass Effect franchise will ever be for sale...I mean, I don't care about the rest of Bioware, but Mass Effect code and rights? Yes, I do.

Haha sure but I doubt any are my future husband. :P
Meaning that in the kindest way possible.
I just mean that I'll likely never meet any of you.

Now we are discussing pet names for future spouses. What a strange custom, pet names. When you receive your name on your 15th name day and go off to boot camp on Palaven you have that name for your entire life.
Tali approves of this discussion.

Speaking of pet names, I totally plan to get two cats one day, and call them Tali and Garrus. Or maybe Tali and Chiktikka.

Considering that EA is still holding on the rights of Wing Commander despite the fact that they've not really done anything with it for the past 15 years, I doubt it. Image IPB

@Dilandau sure I'd call him my Shepard. But for the sake of not being cheesey that would only be once in a while. I'd prefer calling him "sweetie" regularly. :P

This just occurred to me. Do Humans consider Quarians and Turians different species? I learned that the human's Biological Species Concept states that if two individuals can successfully mate with each other, they are considered of the same species. Are Turaians and Quarians different species according to humans?

Shepard is not an uncommon name though. It'd be hilarious if your future husband is actually called that. Image IPB

That means producing offspring that are fertile... by your deffinition many earth mamals could in theory be the same species... end thought chain

Of course they are. Turians and quarians only have the same chirality, they cannot produce offspring.

Are Asari and Humans the same species? No.

The common scientific definition of species is "two populations between which breeding cannot occur, or for which breeding produces nonviable offspring." So they are different species. Because they can't have children at all.

Right, that's what I meant by 'successfully mate.'
Odd. So quarians and turians are the same species?

When in the universe has a turian and quarian produced a hybrid offspring that could have offspring of its own? :o:o

The point I was making is feritile ofspring are required for succesfull mating, "doing it" does not count

Oi... I certainly hope he isn't in the military.
I would worry waaay too much for that to be a good thing. I'd chain him to the house to prevent him from going to war. XD
