Hmm, could be one reason why a fictional character has so much appeal and gets to my normally invisible romantic side. It's missing the downsides of reality, which for me have usually meant that I get frustrated with not having a great deal of time entirely to myself, with no-one else in the house. I suspect that's why I've never had a relationship that's lasted very long. Then again I've never met anyone like Tali.Fenrisfil wrote...

As for the ruining of the story, some people don't understand how important stories are or how upsetting it can be when they let you down. Stories are tied to the human subconcious and our way of thinking. In a way they help to define what we are. Nerd Rage is inevitable.
