"Walrus": So we're gonna test if that's even possible.
"Danger": Exactly! There are several myths for us to test: A. Is it possible to outrun a Mass Relay explosion using FTL drives.
"Walrus": Yeah, and if not, can you actually hit a relay before the explosion, and then not instantly arrive at the other side, but drop out due to the explosion.
"Danger": Right, cause if you arrive at the other side - the Relay there will just explode and wipe you out anyway!
"Walrus": And we should look at the distance between the Relay explosion and your ship.
"Danger": Right, cause you get a head start, but the distance to Earth might be too short. And B. Can you get from London, on Earth, to the Normandy, in only five minutes, despite the Reapers attacking and Harbinger, that big nasty commander Reaper, right on top of you.
"Walrus": And finally, can you land the Normandy in its destroyed state in a way anybody could get out of it alive.
"Danger": Precisely, because in the game it is explicitly stated the Normandy is too large to enter an atmosphere safely!
"Walrus": So, how are we gonna test this?
"Danger": Well, the way I see it, first we have to see what exactly happens when a Relay explodes.
"Walrus": Which means we have to go to the Charon Relay.
"Danger": Right!
"Walrus": Well, off we go.
"Danger": Perfect. Haha, this is gonna be so great.
"Walrus": Was there not a possibility to pick a different love interest than Tali?
"Danger": Yeah, but...nobody does that.
"Walrus": Oh, okay.

An interesting thing about the MB these days is nearly all their shows are fan service in some way, dispite the majority of people who watch it never going on their boards... Makes you think...

Well, simply put, they know they're only popular due to them. So to keep ratings high, they pull some of their suggestions. Even I did suggest three myths to date, none have been made, but it was quite too recent to make it into Season 10, anyway. Sometimes they do mini-myths from the fans, and sometimes they do big ones. It's only logical, I mean, if somebody has a good idea, why not adapt it, especially if the effect will one way or the other be exceptional.
It's the way you stay in business, you know, connecting with your fans, making them feel like they have real influence, adding their input to your style.

Exactly, just take your time. People like me who wait till it's finished can wait a while longer, and even fans who read it now, like Werdna here, will...*checks* Werdna, are those "death to terrorize" signs back there?

Very few people who are Tali-mancers would have been part of the original forum campaigns to make her and Garus LI, yet many people like me enjoy it regardless,and would be gratefull to the people who originaly asked for it, fans mostly have ideas that would be popular with even the most non caring of casuals
