I'm not sure what the facepalm is about.

You do realize that the Mass Effect universe doesn't begin at Mass Effect 1, right? In Revelation Saren has no biotic ability.

In the book Saren's pre indoctrination apperence is describes him as still being very pale and his plate structure very skelital looking. This means that part of his apperence is natural. At the time he had no cybernetics (no tubes or machine parts).

The book follows the events mentioned by Anderson in ME1, including the event where Saren sabotages the mission to stop Anderson from becoming a Specter. The book ends with Saren taking information about a "ancheint star ship" *cought*Sovereign*cough* that was discovered by a human scientist and sets out to find it to use its power to essensially screw over humanity (Saren is very Racist).

It is assumed he was indoctrinated over the next...15 years i believe between the book and Mass Effect 1.

I always felt that Saren's biotics were created by all the implants he had. He was afterall suppose to be the perfect combination of organic and synthetics having the benefits of both and none of their weaknesses. I could easily see a mini Eezo generator in his body which is synthetic in nature and then have his tissue altered so they have a massive amount of the nodules that natural biotics have along with synthetic enhancers/controllers all wired directly to his brain making his biotics as natural to control for him as an Asari's.

If that's the case, I hope tali has "slot a" for my shepard's "dongle conector" becouse I don't want to get a frayed cable.

Finished watching the EA press conference feed online, nothing on Tali. Just Shepard, Garrus and Liara fighting some Cerberus troops. Liara got crushed? but it did seem to feature Shepard using a new weapon of some sort.

GamesCom is just beginning - I'm still holding onto some hope that we might see more of Tali later on.
