Well ripping their throat out kind of lacks subtlety and class. I was thinking more along the lines of reaching around and making a stab through the heart. Quick, quiet, and much less gore to clean up...
Lol Hmmmm....someone has put some thought into that before

You could kill like Xenia Onatopp from Goldeneye. Thats even less gore to clean up!

Slowly sinking your possibly artificially enhanced claws through the skin and flesh of your one-time lover is a far more intimate form of murder than a blade through the heart. Indoctritali is a hardcore black window, not a boring killer.gamer_girl wrote...
Haha no I'm not a serial killer or anything. Just seen plenty of crime dramas. Also seen all the saw movies and quickly noticed that those kinds of techniques qould be nasty to clean up.

I personally don't understand how you could be deathly afraid of spiders, but like Saw.gamer_girl wrote...

I mean, people getting mutilated by someone who is deliberately being made sympathetic is... sickening. Less the violence, more how Jigsaw isn't seen as an out-and-out bad guy. (At least he was in the first movies)
But why do we keep up this discussion?

Spiders just have too many freaking legs and eyes, and potentially have poison lethal enough to kill.
Jigsaw only tests those who "deserve" it and never really wants to kill - just wants to impose morality through fear. I don't think I'm immoral enough to be on his list, so I'm not afraid of him (plus he's fictional)

So in the end I went for a classic that will probably be recognised by Fallout players. The Ink Spots & Ella Fitzgerald - Making Believe. It certainly fits both for our feelings of Tali and for Tali and Shepards feelings of each other.
I didn't want to post another cuddle pic for it and couldn't find anything 40s relating so heres something a bit more random, but it works for me.

If his motivations are noble, that makes him worse. Just means he's playing judge, jury, and excecutioner.gamer_girl wrote...

End of story.
...also read the new chapters.... or part of 9. Decided to stop reading. Shepard is far too incompetent. Just my opinion, though.

Its two different types of fear. The problem is, modern day films that are supposed to be scary are about as scary as a fluffy bunny. The older scary films where they didn't have as much of a budget are worse.

It's just that this discussion is genuinely irking me. The only way the fic would make sense now is if it were some kind of nightmare.
...well, that, and this is scaring me, kinda.

Oh My!!! Well, I'm taking a day off from the secret project so I may be able to fit 4 of them in, but I may have to squeeze a cartoon in between each one....just to keep me sane
