I remember a school trip (I was about 10 I think) in France, was the first time I saw a Hornet. Where we were staying, the rooms didn't have toilets, that was down the hall and there was this huge angry Hornet patrolling the hallway. That was quite scary.

The odd thing about that place was the rooms washrooms had bidets in them, but no actual toilet. I think that just made me afraid of the French. Lol.

Watching it again as an adult, it is not scary anymore. It is actually quite hilarious.

Check out this review: its worth the 30 min just to see how ridiculous the movie actually gets.

Yeah, as an adult now it doesn't bother me, sort of lol. It is sort of funny, but as a kid it really did creep me out. I found TommyKnockers creeper too, but maybe that's because their were little dolls and aliens in that movie

^Was never a fan of the Tommyknockers. Was one of the first horror novels I read (second I think after Midwitch Cuckoos), I like King, but that book bored me so much. The film was actually better, which is a rare thing to say.
